5.Conditions of participation:  Male and female fencers born on or after January 1, 1996 and on or before December 31, 2000. German fencers need to be members of the DFB. Participants must present a health certificate not older than 365 days.

Fencers who are not present at least 10 minutes before the beginning won't be allowed to compete
7.Format:  Depending on the number of participants, fencers of different ages may fence in a combined competition. The competitions for fencers born in 1996-1998 will include a direct elimination.

10.Registration Fee:  € 8,- per fencer (Paypal or collection-only cheque sent in advance)
€ 10,- per fencer on the day of the tournament
11.Referees:  We kindly ask each club to bring (at least) one referee. We offer 25 Euros per referee per day.
12.Equiment:  According to DFB Rules. Fencers born in 1996 or 1997 need 1600 N masks, 350 N or 800 N jacket and breeches, 800 N plastron and maraging foils size 5. Fencers born 1998 - 2000 need 350 N masks, 350 N or 800 N jacket and breeches, 800 N plastron and standard foils size 0. Fencers won't need conductive bibs.
13.Responsibility:  The organisers reject any responsibility in case of an accident, loss or damage.

15.Additional Remarks:  A food stand will be available throughout the whole tournament. Smoking on school grounds is prohibited by state law.
Access to the gymnasium floor can only be allowed with trainers that have been used indoors only. A trade stand of Allstar/Uhlmann and a repair stand will be present.
Results may be published online and in local newspapers.
